Sales Manager – Indonesia

Position Description:
Our vision now is to consolidate our position in South East Asia. As part of this goal, we aim to hire a Sales Manager to manage the Sales in Indonesia. This position will be based out of Jakarta and will report to the Regional Sales Head.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Develop Annual Strategic Business plan and achieve the revenue and other targets as per the plan.
· To be able to generate and sustain sales pipeline in consonance with his targets
· To be able to comprehend and scope customer requirements at a high level
· Create and implement strategies and programs for generating interest, demand and recognition for the company and its offerings amongst target segments.
· Sell Paladion products & services to the targeted customers
· Capable of handling first level presales / presentations

Qualification:
· 5 – 8 years' successful solution sales experience in the Corporate Environment, selling business-to-business services, in the Private &/or Government sector. Experience in Information Security is an added advantage.
· Should have experience in selling in any of these verticals BFSI, Telecom, Oil and Gas, Retail, Government etc. Must have strong track record of individually selling multi year, multi million dollar service contracts.
· Executive level strategy, communication, and presentation skills. Effectively develop and manage professional relationships with clients, especially at `CXO' levels.
· Knowledge of sales process of prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, creating the need and closing the business.
· Experience in setting up channels/ partners and managing them to achieve revenue goals
· Should be an Indonesian or have `Permanent Resident' status
· Good spoken and written English language skills

Salary
At par with industry standards.

Incentives
Sales incentives based on performance (achievement of sales target) – can go as high as 30% of salary
