Oil and Gas industry, urgently need some dynamic workforce, like the
challenge, work hard and willing to be placed in Abu Dhabi as:

System Engineer (SAP ERP)

Responsibilities

. SAP Basis Administration in a Windows Server 2003 SQL 2000 or 2005
environment

. SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks
including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages and
installation of add-on software components

. SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error
analysis and establishment of standard Basis background jobs and system
health check and monitoring

. Impact analysis of new SAP releases to current system landscape
environments

. Design of solution and assistance to project and production support
teams in deploying the solution

. Analysis of system performance, database performance, system health
check and implementation of tuning improvements

. Establishment of OSS and EarlyWatch connections where appropriate

. Participation in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture
recommendations and client strategies for continuous improvement

. Maintenance of multi-landscape environments through client copies,
system refreshes and transport management

. Responsibility for optimal disk layout, file system structures, OS
tuning/performance improvements and troubleshooting

. Technical consulting and mentoring to application development,
functional, global rollout, integration and change release management teams
and also to fellow Basis Administrators

. Technical Leadership and participation in technical projects across
multiple teams. Investigation and engineering of new technologies and
solution from SAP and associated software vendors

Skills / Experience

. Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a system engineer including 5
years of experience as SAP Basis Consultant.

. Minimum 6 Full SAP Web Application Server installations. ABAP, JAVA or
both.

. Minimum of 2 SAP upgrade/migrations experience.

. Working knowledge of SAP in an infrastructure of 64 bit and 32 bit
hardware environment.

. Strong background in all basis functions and transactions.

. Must have hands-on SAP Solution Manager Implementations and
administration.

. Must have hands-on SAP EP configuration and administration experience.

. Preferably to have implementation experience on SAN software and
hardware capacity.

. Preferably to have project management and leadership skills.

Minimum Requirements

. University degree in MIS or equivalent.

. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

. Strong understanding of SAP IT security concepts.

. Understands system landscape architectures.

. Must have an effective client interaction skill.

Project Engineer

Purpose & Scope

. Perform Project Technical Duties to Plan, Coordinate, and Manage
Project Activities, to ensure that works are implemented safely, to the
specified requirements, within schedule and in a cost-effective manner, and
proper inputs from all Client concerned divisions have been properly
addressed and incorporated.

. Perform Contract Administration duties to ensure that Consultants,
Construction and/or EPC Contracts are effectively and efficiently
administered, and that all contractual obligations are provided in a timely
manner.

Main Duties

During FEED / Pre-EPC Stage

. Manage FEED/ Design Contractors/ Consultant Contracts and Coordinate
their activities

. Interface Management with other Client's Divisions

. Coordinate and issue necessary Purchase Requisitions for Procurement
material & equipment for free issue items to EPC/ Construction Contractors

. Review& comment on FEED contractors/ Design Consultants submissions

. Coordinate Preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) for EPC/
Construction

. Carry out/ Coordinate Technical Bid Clarification and Evaluation of
bids and submit recommendation to Contracts Dept.

During EPC/Construction

. Overall management and coordination of EPC/ Construction activities

. Review and approve contractor's submission for method statements and
material approval.

. Project Administration, Document Management, correspondence,
transmittals& drawings control

. Management & Administration of PMC/ Technical Consultant Supervision
and TPI

. Conduct frequent construction site visits to monitor method of
execution and progress of project works.

. Control and monitor Project Schedule, Budget and Performance.

. Review and endorse contractor's invoices for payment

. Plan and Coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities
for the Project.

. Ensure implementation of EPC contractors HSE Plan as per ADGAS
expectation.

. Evaluate contractor's variations and recommend/ respond promptly.

During Contract Completion & Closeout

. Agree punch-list items with contractor.

. Evaluate Contractors' claims and make recommendation to accept/
reject/ negotiate and prepare final V.O. submissions for approval.

. Issue Provisional Acceptance Certificate.

. Coordinate issuance of contract close-out report and transfer all
project drawings/ catalogues/ manuals etc. to Client's Records.

. Keep track of warranties/defects liability period on the works
performed.

. Coordinate all corrective actions by contractors during warranty/
defects liability period.

. Make recommendation for Final Acceptance Certificate.

Minimum Requirements

. Aged 35-50

. B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or Process Engineering

. 10years experience in oil and gas companies or similar large
industrial facilities of which minimum 7years in Project Management.

. Computer literate, fully proficient in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint,
etc.

. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Leave cycle

. Abu Dhabi based (with frequent visits to site as per work requirements)

Senior Construction Engineer - IGD, Contract Hire - Das Island Based

Purpose & Scope

Plans, directs and supervises the overall construction activities and
management of all Client small & medium Projects under the Technical &
Commissioning Manager on Das Island until commissioning and issuance of FAC.
He would also provide the required support to Das Projects managed by other
Project Managers.

Main Duties

. Reviews and comments on scope of work as prepared by other Client's
Departments or Consultants.

. Reviews and comments on tender and contract departments prepared by
the Contracts Department.

. Coordinates with Client and third party to ensure that all documents
related to projects are reviewed, commented upon, and approved.

. Plans, directs, supervises, and manages, site construction activities
until the commissioning and issuance of FAC.

. Applies the necessary measures to ensure that project budget, program,
quality, specifications, HSE and Integrity are all in place, monitored, and
controlled.

. Provides the required managerial and technical support and guidance to
his subordinates to enable them achieve their work targets.

. Prepares for and monitors all required interfaces with other projects,
other Client's Departments, Consultants, and Third Party.

. Provides the necessary support to Consultants and Site Construction
Contractors to ensure that their work/service targets are achieved
professionally, smoothly, and trouble free.

. Supervises all the Project Engineers under him to ensure that all work
is achieved within target.

. Trains new Project engineer recruits to develop, and make them become
active members of the Projects Division and Client.

. Becomes an active member of the Projects Team and a productive family
member of Client.

Minimum Requirements

. Preferred Age: 40 - 50 years.

. B.Sc. in engineering, preferably process or mechanical background.

. Held senior managerial positions in multidiscipline project.

. 15 years of minimum experience in various projects in the oil and gas
industry, out of which 5 had been in the UAE.

. Excellent written and spoken English.
