How Does Proactol Work In Helping You Get Rid Of Excess Pounds

By Aggie Montana

There are numerous supplements available these days meant for losing unwanted weight. One of the products which have been receiving much attention is Proactol. Compared to frequently hitting the gym or undergoing liposuction, it's a more affordable and safer weight loss solution. So how does Proactol work to deliver results?

Before we discuss how it actually works, it's important to know that this isn't like other weight loss pills out there. Most of those available at online and land-based stores selling health and fitness supplements are concerned with speeding up your metabolism for fat burning purposes. But this product provides weight loss effects in a different manner.

Its main ingredient is NeOptunia, which is a fiber complex derived from a type of cactus. The non-soluble parts of this fiber complex bind with fat molecules so that they won't be absorbed in the intestinal walls. A layer of gel is formed around fat molecules so they can be taken out of the body naturally and in a safe fashion.

According to the manufacturer, NeOptunia can bind with up to 27 percent of fat in what you eat. However, this binding action only happens with fat molecules. This means that your body will still be able to use all the other nutrients the food you eat contains, such as vitamins and minerals, so you remain healthy.

Another effect that NeOptunia has is appetite suppression, thanks to the soluble fiber that it also contains. This helps slow down the action of your digestive tract on food. As an effect, you will feel like you're always full so you don't eat more than usual. Because you don't overeat, there are no excess calories which may get stored as fat.

After having a meal, you can pop 1-3 Proactol pills in your mouth. The manufacturer says that no exact dosage is prescribed. How many pills you take all depends on fat content of your meals.
