There's no better combined cardio and toning exercise for you than biking. If you have some weight issues and a thigh problem, then this is the best exercise for you. You can use stationary bikes and or recumbent bikes if you prefer indoors. You can also go on a mountain bike if you're an outdoor kind of person. It simply depends on you as long as you are enjoying plus working those thighs.
Lose Thigh Fat Exercise #2: The Mat Exercise Works!
These next exercises that need a rubber mat can be done either in the gym or on in your own home. Position yourself on the mat by kneeling while you put both of your hands infront of you. You should seem like a baby in a crawling position. First of all, raise your right leg vertically up and down for 20 counts, do the same for the other leg. Do 5 cycles for each. The second step is to do it in a horizontal manner for both legs alternately with 20 counts for 5 sets. Lastly, do a combination of leg raises horizontally and vertically for 20 cunts, 5 sets each. This tones your thigs as it is immediately focused on your legs. If you do this 3 to 4 times a week and you're on your way to the most wonderful looking legs in the next months to come.
